We would like to inform you that on December 1st we have finalized the sale of our 100% ownership of Darmex Casing Sp. z o. o. to Viskase Polska Sp. z o. o. The casings operations of Supravis Group S.A. remain intact and will continue to be developed as a strategic product segment. We are confident that the sale will streamline our organization and allow us to speed up our expansion plans which include significant investments in new machinery.
